The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) hosted an in-person public open house on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, to show proposed solutions sets for improving transportation in key corridors of the Capitol Hill area.
The study team is accepting feedback on the solution sets through May 2, 2025.

Submit your feedback on the proposed solution sets by May 2, 2025, by emailing the study team at capitolhillimprovements@utah.gov.
Your feedback will reviewed and evaluated as part of the study; all feedback will be weighed equally.
4/22/2025:
The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) is conducting a study to identify potential transportation solutions for people connecting to or traveling through and around the Capitol Hill area. The outcome of this study will be a list of potential transportation improvements throughout the study area designed to enhance
mobility and optimize connections in the Capitol Hill area and its surroundings.
You are invited to attend a public open house to learn about and provide feedback on the proposed solution sets for improving transportation in key corridors of the study area.
When: 5:30–7:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 22
Where: Marmalade Library Branch (280 West 500 North, Salt Lake City)
Can’t attend the open house? The information from the open house will be added to the study website (https://udotinput.utah.gov/capitolhillstudy) on April 23. Feedback will be accepted via email or Google Form until May 2, 2025.
