The Salt Lake City Council is considering a proposal to consolidate up to 27 existing commercial, form-based, and mixed-use zoning districts into six new mixed-use (MU) districts. The proposal seeks to simplify zoning regulations, promote good design, and streamline land use processes.
The Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 6, at 7 pm, to gather feedback on the proposal. Community members can visit the meeting page to learn more about participating in the upcoming public hearing.
Input may also be shared at any time by emailing Council.Comments@slc.gov, calling 801-535-7654, or submitting your comments online.
