On Aug. 19, the Council adopted updates to housing programs and funding processes to better serve residents. These updates include:
- Creating a new Housing Programs Loan Committee;
- Establishing a Tenant and Homeowner Loan Fund;
- Creating the Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH) Preservation Program;
- Updating policies for the Home Repair Program and the Community Land Trust Program.
