The Council continues to review proposed updates to the RMF-35 and RMF-45 zoning districts. The proposed changes aim to make it easier to build diverse housing options such as cottages and townhomes, while helping preserve existing housing.
On Tuesday, Nov. 18, at 7 pm, the Council will hold a public hearing to gather feedback on the proposal. Community members can visit the meeting page to learn more about participating in the upcoming public hearing.
