- Representative Dailey-Provost, a member of the Capitol Preservation Board, is collecting resident comments for presentation to CPB during its September meeting.
Planned Developments & Community Benefits Amendments
- Mayor Erin Mendenhall has initiated a petition to amend Section 21A.55 of Salt Lake City’s Zoning Ordinance (and related parts of the code, if necessary) to update the procedures and requirements for Planned Development petitions.
- Public open houses are scheduled for August 17th and 20th, with public comments accepted through September 14th. You can learn more on the city’s page for this project.
